When I first created El Litoral, I thought I was welcoming travelers.

Over the years, I realized I was welcoming people searching for something much bigger.

Not just a vacation.

A new life.

After more than 22 years living in Panama, I've had countless conversations with people wondering if they could really make the move.

Some were thinking about retirement.

Others wanted to work remotely, start a business, or simply enjoy a slower, healthier lifestyle.

One thing surprised me.

Many of those guests eventually became my neighbors.

That's when I understood that El Litoral was never just a place to stay.

It was a place to experience what everyday life in Panama really feels like.

That's why El Litoral is beginning a new chapter.

Smaller.

Today, my goal isn't simply to offer accommodations.

It's to help people experience Panama before making one of the biggest decisions of their lives.
